The Rebuilding Process

• The machine is dismantled at 50 to 70%.

• The frame is cleaned and repainted.

• All assemblies are dismantled to the component level.

• Most of the parts in contact with the paper are replaced (rubber rolls, belts, etc...).

• Machine is rewired, electrical box is new.

• Motor and Drive are replaced in most of the cases.

• Machine is then upgraded according to your request.

• Finally, the machine is tested at full speed

The machine is then rebuilt, with old parts being replaced or repaired
